Wide World of Golf guarantees your satisfaction with policies like our "60-Day Playability Guarantee." If you purchase a golf club, set, or golf shoes from us, try it out. If within 60 days you're unhappy with your club or shoes, just pay the shipping to return it and we'll gladly give you a store credit for the full purchase price, which can be applied to any other product or service we offer.
Return Policy
We also have a 60-Day Return Policy. You can return any "new, unused and in the original packaging" product for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost. No problem, just pay the shipping to send the product back to us or we can email you a return shipping label for $15. We'll issue your refund within 1 business day upon receiving the product in "new, unused and in the original packaging" condition.
Please note: The "60-Day Playability Guarantee" and 60-Day Return Policy are not applicable towards custom clubs and products.

Stock on Hand
Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. In stock items will ship by the end of the next business day. Items that are not in stock will ship from the manufacturer. This may take 1-5 business days for processing before shipment. Products may be on back-order from the manufacturer. In these few cases, we will contact you on expected ship date and you can cancel or change the order if needed.
Warranties
In the unlikely event that you receive product with a factory defect, not to worry, give us a call or shoot us an email and our team will replace it right away at no cost to you.
Warranties are under sole discretion of the manufacturers warranty. Policies are on manufacturers websites. Please Call us at 1-208-322-4653 if you believe your product is defective under normal play and normal wear under manufacturers warranty policy.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs from the time the Manufacture receives the products.

Special Orders
WWGOLF.com is committed to providing you the best product to suit your needs. This is why we special order products for those who need custom club options.
Custom Club options consist of shaft type, shaft length, shaft flex, lie angle, loft, grip type, grip size ect. Changes in grip type and shaft type may have an up charge. Please call us at 1-208-322-4653 to order or inquire about Special Orders.
Special Orders usually take 3-5 business days for processing from the manufacturer. There is always the possibility of a back-order. In these few cases, we will contact you with information on expected ship date or you can always change or cancel your order.
